OMH VIP Ticket Terms & Conditions
Section 1 – Introduction & General Terms
The OMH VIP Ticket Package (“VIP Ticket”) is an optional upgrade experience offered by OMH Events Ltd for Operation Market Harborough 2026. The VIP Ticket is designed to enhance the visitor experience by providing additional access, facilities, and opportunities alongside a standard admission ticket to the event.
The VIP Ticket is a supplementary product and does not include general admission entry to Operation Market Harborough. A valid admission ticket for the same day as the VIP Ticket is required for entry into the event. This can be either a standard day ticket purchased separately, or a pre-purchased weekend ticket where applicable.
Where admission tickets are purchased separately, they remain subject to any standard pricing structure or promotions available via the official OMH Events ticketing platform. The VIP Ticket does not qualify for any additional discounts or concessions.
VIP Tickets are strictly valid only for the specific day selected at the time of purchase. A Sunday VIP Ticket, for example, must be used in conjunction with a Sunday admission ticket. Weekend admission tickets already purchased will also be valid for use alongside a VIP Ticket on the corresponding day.
OMH Events Ltd reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw elements of the VIP experience where operational, safety, weather, or logistical requirements make it necessary to do so. This may include, but is not limited to, changes to vehicle availability, arena programming, access routes, or restricted areas. Any such decisions will always be made with visitor safety and event integrity as the highest priority.
All VIP Tickets are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds or amendments may be considered at the discretion of OMH Events Ltd. Any such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing a VIP Ticket, all attendees agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full, along with any additional instructions or safety guidance issued by event staff during the event.
Section 2 – Age Restrictions, Eligibility & Accessibility
OMH VIP Tickets may be purchased by individuals of any age; however, certain elements of the VIP Experience are subject to age, eligibility, and accessibility requirements due to safety and operational considerations.
All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over holding a valid ticket for the same day. The accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision throughout the event. No concessions or discounts are available for accompanying adults.
All general VIP benefits, including early access, VIP parking, grandstand seating, photographer areas, tours, and other inclusions, are available to all VIP Ticket holders regardless of age, provided the under-18 attendee is properly supervised.
However, participation in the Jagdpanther 411 ride experience is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. This restriction is in place due to the nature of the vehicle and the safety requirements associated with entering, exiting, and riding within historic military equipment.
Eligibility to take part in the Jagdpanther 411 ride experience is also subject to assessment by authorised staff from OMH Events Ltd and the Weald Foundation on the day. This assessment will consider the ability of the participant to safely enter and exit the vehicle unassisted, as well as any other operational safety considerations.
Accessibility
Operation Market Harborough takes place on a temporary outdoor event site, and as such ground conditions may vary depending on weather and operational activity. Surfaces may include uneven terrain, gravel, grass, and areas affected by mud or water.
VIP areas such as the grandstand, photographer zones, and vehicle access points may require mobility sufficient to navigate steps, temporary structures, and uneven ground. Attendees should consider their own mobility requirements when purchasing VIP Tickets.
The Jagdpanther 411 tour and ride experience requires participants to be able to safely enter and exit the vehicle unaided. Due to the historic nature of the vehicle, access is restricted and may involve confined spaces, steps, or limited clearance.
Where there is any uncertainty regarding accessibility or suitability for any part of the VIP Experience, attendees are encouraged to speak with event staff on the day. OMH Events Ltd and the Weald Foundation will always aim to assist where possible, however final decisions regarding safety and participation remain with authorised staff.
If an under-18 VIP Ticket holder is drawn or selected in relation to the ride experience, they will not be eligible to participate. In such cases, alternative arrangements may be considered where operationally possible.
Section 3 – VIP Parking & Early Access
VIP Ticket holders will benefit from dedicated VIP parking within the showground, providing easier access to the event and earlier entry compared to standard admission.
VIP parking is located within the showground itself, separate from the general public car parks. Upon arrival, VIP Ticket holders will be required to present their valid tickets to security or stewarding staff, who will then direct vehicles to the appropriate parking area.
VIP parking arrival is strictly between 08:00 and 10:00 on both Saturday and Sunday. Arrival outside of this window may result in access being directed to standard public parking areas. This restriction is in place for operational, safety, and security reasons, including the management of vehicle movement and pedestrian safety within the showground during busy operational periods.
VIP Ticket holders will receive email instructions prior to the event detailing arrival procedures and the designated route to the VIP entrance and parking area. These instructions should be followed carefully to ensure smooth entry to the site.
VIP parking operates on a first come, first served basis, and specific parking positions cannot be guaranteed. Allocation may vary depending on arrival time, site conditions, and operational requirements on the day.
Please note that VIP parking arrangements are subject to change due to weather conditions, ground conditions, or other operational factors. While OMH Events Ltd will always endeavour to provide the advertised VIP parking experience, adjustments may be required on the day to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the event.
Arrival Instructions
Attendees are advised not to follow satellite navigation (sat nav) instructions directly to the site entrance, as these may not reflect designated event access routes. Full arrival and directional instructions will be issued prior to the event via email.
VIP parking instructions and entry points must be followed as directed by event signage and staff upon arrival.
Vehicle Suitability & Parking Conditions
VIP parking is designed for standard road-going vehicles. Attendees are expected to arrive in a typical passenger vehicle unless prior arrangements have been made with the event organisers.
If a VIP Ticket holder intends to attend in a larger, specialist, or commercial vehicle (including HGVs or non-standard transport), they must contact OMH Events Ltd in advance. While every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, suitable arrangements cannot be guaranteed due to site limitations.
All vehicles parked on site are done so at the owner’s own risk. OMH Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while on site.
Site Conditions
VIP parking is located on a grass field within the event site. Ground conditions may be uneven, soft, or affected by weather conditions such as rain or drought.
Attendees should be aware that the parking area may include uneven terrain, mud, or ruts, and may not be suitable for all vehicle types, particularly low-clearance or specialist vehicles. VIP parking does not increase the quality of the parking area your vehicle will be parked.
By using the VIP parking facilities, attendees accept that they are parking at their own discretion and risk. Any concerns regarding vehicle suitability should be raised with OMH Events Ltd in advance of the event using the contact details provided on the official website.
Operational Flexibility
While OMH Events Ltd will make every reasonable effort to deliver the advertised VIP parking arrangements, the organisers reserve the right to make necessary operational changes on the day. This may include adjustments to parking layout, access routes, or allocation areas in response to safety, weather, or logistical requirements.
Such changes are made in the interest of ensuring the safe and efficient running of Operation Market Harborough 2026.
Early Access
VIP Ticket holders will benefit from early access to the showground, allowing entry one hour prior to general admission opening times. This early access period is intended to provide a quieter environment for exploring trade stands, viewing vehicles, and capturing photography before general public arrival.
During this early access period, not all areas of the showground may be fully operational. Some displays, arena activities, or restricted areas may still be in preparation, and access will be limited to designated safe zones as directed by event staff.
All VIP Ticket holders must comply with steward instructions at all times during entry and early access periods. OMH Events Ltd reserves the right to adjust entry times or access routes due to weather, safety considerations, or operational requirements.
Section 4 – Grandstand Seating & Photographer Area
VIP Ticket holders will have access to a dedicated grandstand seating area, providing elevated views of the arena and central display areas. This seating area is designed to enhance the visitor experience by offering a comfortable space to sit and enjoy the main arena programme throughout the day.
In addition to VIP access, a limited number of standalone grandstand seating tickets may also be made available. Each grandstand seat corresponds to one ticket only, ensuring that seating capacity is never exceeded.
All grandstand seating, including VIP allocations, is provided on a non-reserved, first-come, first-served basis, and availability may vary depending on attendance levels and peak show times. Due to the nature of this arrangement, while every effort will be made to accommodate groups, OMH Events Ltd cannot guarantee that groups will be seated together.
Attendees should also be aware that seating is allocated upon arrival, and earlier entry will generally provide greater choice of available seating positions.
The grandstand structure is a temporary event installation and may include steps, tiered seating, and open-sided coverage. Attendees should ensure they are comfortable with the use of stairs and uneven surfaces when accessing seating areas.
As with all outdoor event infrastructure, seating conditions may be affected by weather. Surfaces may become wet or slippery due to rain, mud, or general site activity. All attendees use the grandstand seating area at their own risk and are responsible for taking appropriate care when moving within it.
Conduct in the Grandstand Area
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors, appropriate conduct is expected at all times within the grandstand seating area. This includes respecting other attendees and maintaining a considerate atmosphere throughout the day.
Behaviour such as throwing objects, excessive shouting, or any form of disruptive conduct is not permitted. Littering is also strictly prohibited, and attendees are expected to use the waste facilities provided across the site.
There is to be no smoking and no pets allowed onto the grandstand area at any time.
These measures are in place to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all visitors, as well as to maintain the integrity of the seating structure and surrounding areas.
Event stewards reserve the right to address any behaviour deemed inappropriate and may remove individuals from the grandstand area if necessary.
Photographer Area
VIP Ticket holders will also have access to a dedicated photographer viewing area, designed to provide additional space for cameras, tripods, and equipment.
This area is intended to allow improved visibility of the arena and display zones; however, space is shared and not individually allocated. All equipment must be positioned safely and must not obstruct walkways, spectator views, or emergency access routes.
Tripods and photography equipment are used at the owner’s risk, and OMH Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage, loss, or injury resulting from their use.
Event stewards reserve the right to request the repositioning or removal of equipment at any time if it is deemed to be unsafe, obstructive, or disruptive to the safe operation of the event.
All VIP Ticket holders must follow steward instructions at all times while using both the grandstand and photographer areas.
This has been created from feedback from photographers and may not be suitable for all persons. However, we have endeavoured to create this space for the benefit of users and any special requests can be emailed to the event organised before the event.
Section 5 – Jagdpanther 411 Tour Access
VIP Ticket holders will have the opportunity to access a guided tour of Jagdpanther 411, hosted by members of the Weald Foundation alongside David Willey, subject to operational availability throughout the weekend.
This is a rare opportunity to see inside one of the most significant historic armoured vehicles attending Operation Market Harborough 2026, and to learn more about its history, restoration, and ongoing preservation directly from those responsible for its care.
Access to Jagdpanther 411 is fully controlled and managed by the Weald Foundation, who retain ultimate authority over all decisions relating to entry, access, and participation within the vehicle. OMH Events Ltd acts solely as the event organiser and ticket provider and does not control or manage the internal operation of the vehicle or its tours.
The VIP tour experience offered as part of the VIP Ticket is separate from the Weald Foundation’s private or member-only tours. As such, the VIP tour provides a more limited and structured access experience, designed to accommodate a larger number of attendees safely and efficiently within the operational constraints of the event.
Due to the number of VIP Ticket holders wishing to take part, there may be waiting times or delays in accessing the vehicle. All visitors should be prepared for potential queuing and allow appropriate time within their schedule to take part in this experience.
All instructions issued by the Weald Foundation and their authorised representatives must be followed at all times during the tour. Entry into the vehicle is strictly supervised for safety and preservation purposes.
Due to the nature of the vehicle, access is restricted to individuals who are able to safely enter and exit unassisted. This may involve steps, confined spaces, and uneven surfaces. Attendees should carefully consider their own mobility and comfort before participating.
It should also be noted that, as a historic and operational military vehicle, Jagdpanther 411 is subject to mechanical and operational considerations. While every effort will be made to ensure the vehicle is available and operational throughout the weekend, there may be circumstances where access, tours, or associated experiences are limited, delayed, or unavailable due to mechanical condition, safety requirements, or unforeseen operational factors.
The tour experience is also dependent on the availability of appropriate staff and presenters. While we are delighted to have members of the Weald Foundation and specialist host David Willey involved, all personnel are subject to availability and may be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or operational commitments. In such cases, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative hosting arrangement, and any changes to the event programme will be communicated as soon as possible.
All reasonable precautions will be taken to deliver the advertised experience in its entirety. However, due to the nature of historic vehicle operation and live event conditions, OMH Events Ltd and the Weald Foundation cannot guarantee that all planned elements will take place exactly as scheduled, and certain aspects of the experience may be subject to change at short notice.
While OMH Events Ltd is not responsible for the operation or management of the vehicle tours, we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access to any individual from the queue or tour area in cases where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive to the running of the event or the instructions of the Weald Foundation.
Where possible, staff will always aim to assist and maintain a positive visitor experience, however the safety, preservation, and operational control of Jagdpanther 411 remains entirely with the Weald Foundation at all times.
Attendees are encouraged to speak with staff or Weald Foundation representatives on the day if they are unsure about suitability or access requirements, and guidance will be provided where appropriate.
Section 6 – Jagdpanther 411 Ride Experience (Prize Draw Selection & Conditions)
The opportunity to take part in the Jagdpanther 411 ride experience will be awarded via a random prize draw open to eligible VIP Ticket holders.
All eligible entries will be included in a draw which will take place on 1st July 2026, prior to Operation Market Harborough 2026. The winner will be selected at random by either OMH Events Ltd, the Weald Foundation, or a jointly agreed independent party, using a method deemed fair and appropriate for the draw. This may include manual selection (such as names drawn from a container), random number generation, or any other fair and transparent selection method.
All parties involved are committed to ensuring the draw is conducted in a fair, transparent, and unbiased manner.
Each VIP Ticket purchased automatically constitutes one entry into the draw. Entries are linked to valid VIP Ticket purchases only and must meet all eligibility requirements outlined within these Terms & Conditions.
Free Postal Entry Route
In accordance with UK promotional and prize draw regulations, a free postal entry route is available. To request a free entry form, participants must contact OMH Events Ltd and provide:

Leicestershire,

Entries must be submitted before the closing date of 1st July 2026, or if VIP Ticket allocations sell out in advance. The VIP allocation for this experience is strictly limited to 60 VIP places per day, and due to high demand, it is expected that tickets may sell out prior to the closing date. Early submission of postal entries is strongly advised to ensure inclusion in the draw.
OMH Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or otherwise not received. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their submission is sent correctly and in good time to arrive before the closing date.
Upon receipt of a valid postal entry, OMH Events Ltd will issue an email confirmation of receipt where contact details have been provided.
All valid postal entries will be treated equally to paid VIP Ticket entries and included within the same prize draw process.
This free entry route applies solely to participation in the Jagdpanther 411 prize draw and does not include any additional VIP Ticket benefits, event access, or associated inclusions. A postal entry does not constitute admission to Operation Market Harborough and does not grant access to the event, VIP areas, or any associated facilities or experiences. Separate admission tickets are required for entry to the event in all cases.
By entering the prize draw (whether via VIP Ticket purchase or postal entry), participants acknowledge that their name may be used for the purpose of announcing the draw result publicly via OMH Events Ltd and Weald Foundation communication channels.
If an entrant does not wish for their name to be publicly announced, they must contact OMH Events Ltd prior to the draw deadline to request exclusion from public name disclosure. In such cases, alternative announcement wording (such as initials or a reference number) may be used where appropriate.
All postal entry data will be retained securely until the completion of the draw and will then be deleted and/or destroyed following the conclusion of the prize process, in line with data protection principles.
For full terms and conditions relating specifically to the free postal entry route, please contact: m.crook@ntlworld.com
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected prior to the event and will be contacted directly by OMH Events Ltd to confirm their selection and provide further details regarding the experience.
The selected winner will also be publicly announced and confirmed prior to Operation Market Harborough 2026 via official communication channels operated by OMH Events Ltd and the Weald Foundation, including social media platforms.
By entering the prize draw, participants acknowledge and agree that their name may be used for the purpose of announcing the draw result publicly.
If an entrant does not wish for their name to be publicly announced, they must contact OMH Events Ltd prior to the draw deadline to request exclusion from public name disclosure. In such cases, alternative announcement wording (such as initials or a reference number) may be used where appropriate.
Ride Experience Conditions & Availability
The ride experience is scheduled to take place on Sunday 2nd August 2026, however it is strictly subject to the availability and operational condition of Jagdpanther 411 at the time.
As previously outlined, the vehicle is a historic and operational military asset and may be subject to mechanical, safety, or operational limitations. While every effort will be made to deliver the experience in full, OMH Events Ltd and the Weald Foundation cannot guarantee that the ride will take place as scheduled.
Additional conditions include, but are not limited to:
Eligibility, Attendance & Final Participation Conditions
All participation in the Jagdpanther 411 ride experience remains subject to strict eligibility requirements. Participants must be aged 18 or over and must be able to safely enter and exit the vehicle unassisted.
It is the responsibility of the selected winner to ensure they are able to attend Operation Market Harborough 2026 in person. The winner must be in a suitable physical condition to attend the event and participate in the experience on the allocated day.
If a selected winner holds a Saturday VIP Ticket but is awarded the Sunday ride experience, OMH Events Ltd will, where required, allow the transfer of their general admission ticket from Saturday to Sunday at no additional cost, in order to facilitate attendance on the day of the ride experience.
If the selected winner is unable to attend on the Sunday for any reason, OMH Events Ltd and the Weald Foundation will, where reasonably possible, endeavour to offer an alternative suitable experience. However, this cannot be guaranteed and will be dependent on operational availability.
No refunds will be issued in the event that the selected winner is unable to attend the event, or is unable to participate in the ride experience due to personal circumstances, inability to attend, or failure to meet the eligibility or safety requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Final confirmation of suitability for participation will be made by authorised staff from OMH Events Ltd and the Weald Foundation on the day of the event. If it is deemed that a selected winner cannot safely participate, alternative arrangements may be considered where operationally possible.
The decision of OMH Events Ltd and the Weald Foundation regarding participation is final and made in the interest of safety for all involved.
Section 7 – Mick Graham Art VIP Discount Offer
As part of the VIP Ticket package for Operation Market Harborough 2026, VIP Ticket holders will be eligible for a special discounted offer on the official show print of Jagdpanther 411, produced by acclaimed military artist Mick Graham Art.
This exclusive artwork has been created specifically to commemorate Jagdpanther 411’s appearance at the event and is available in two formats:
Both formats are strictly limited and produced in restricted quantities due to transportation, storage, and display limitations on-site during the event.
Offer Validity
This VIP discount offer is strictly valid only during the event dates:
Orders must be placed within this timeframe to qualify for the VIP discount.
The offer is strictly limited to VIP Ticket holders only, is non-transferable, and has no cash alternative. The discount applies only to the specified print sizes listed above. No other sizes, variants, or products are included within this promotion.
Availability & Stock Limitations
All prints are offered on a first come, first served basis and availability is limited. Due to the exclusive nature of this show release, stock may sell out during the event.
If prints are sold out during the event period, VIP Ticket holders will still be able to place an order at the discounted rate for a made-to-order production run following the show.
Where post-event production is required, prints will be produced and dispatched directly to the purchaser at no additional cost for shipping within the offer terms. However, as fulfilment is handled by a third-party provider, delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed, although all valid orders placed during the event dates will be fully honoured.
Fulfilment & Third-Party Responsibility
All artwork production, fulfilment, and shipping are handled by the relevant artist or authorised third-party supplier. OMH Events Ltd is not responsible for delays, production schedules, or shipping timelines once orders have been placed.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that fulfilment is subject to third-party production timelines, while all valid orders placed during the event window will be honoured in full.
Redemption Conditions
The VIP discount is only valid on the specified print formats (mini print and 21” x 11” print). No alternative sizes, editions, or bespoke artwork options are included in this offer.
Discounted purchases must be made in accordance with instructions provided on-site at Operation Market Harborough 2026. Any orders placed outside of the event dates will not be eligible for the VIP discount.
Section 8 – General Event Terms & Conditions

OMH Events Ltd reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw any element of the event programme where necessary due to operational requirements, safety considerations, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
All reasonable efforts will be made to deliver the advertised experience in full, however flexibility is required due to the nature of live historic vehicle operations.
Force Majeure
OMH Events Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Photography, Filming & Media
By attending Operation Market Harborough, attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed or filmed by official event photographers, media partners, or representatives of OMH Events Ltd and associated organisations, including the Weald Foundation.
Such material may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms without compensation.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in official media should notify event staff upon arrival, although complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed in a public event environment.
Liability
All attendance at Operation Market Harborough, including use of VIP facilities, parking areas, seating structures, and viewing zones, is at the attendee’s own risk.
OMH Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained while attending the event, except where required by law.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.
Third-Party Partners
Certain elements of the VIP experience, including vehicle tours, artwork, merchandise, and experiences, may be delivered in partnership with third parties such as the Weald Foundation and Mick Graham Art.
OMH Events Ltd is not responsible for the fulfilment, delivery timelines, or operational execution of third-party services once provided outside of direct event control.
Right to Amend Terms
OMH Events Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated via official event channels.
Final Organiser Statement
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure the safe, fair, and enjoyable operation of the VIP Ticket experience and associated prize draw for Operation Market Harborough 2026.
